CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and as a mobile service, each appointment also includes dedicated travel time. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 48+ Hours Notice No cancellation fee. Your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. 24–48 Hours Notice A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply. Less Than 24 Hours Notice / Same-Day Cancellation A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service total will apply. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.
